Main Purpose;
It is suitable for low voltage contactors of medium-and-low current, automatic switches, accurate meters and relays etc.
Contact Properties;
Silver nickel has extremely high electrical and thermal. Conductivity and very low and stable contact resistance, as well as little and even electrical damage. It makes only a little movement of the plane-shaped materials when used under the D. C. State Being the oxide produced at the interface of making and breaking the electricity, it produces higher contact resistance and becomes sensitive to the sulphur, resulting in low welding resistance when making the high current. It is often used together with graphite. And it obviously improves the function of the contact materials, after our adopting the powder burnt-frozen squeezing technique method. Furthermore, it is possible to get more excellent property of combined materials just adding a little graphite to the silver nickel materials.
