Copper clad aluminum wire (follow referred as CCA) is a bimetallic composite wire made by bonding a core of aluminum wire with an external copper cladding by metallurgical bonding technique, which combined the advantage properties of the high conductivity of copper and the lighter weight of aluminum, higher elongation pliability and easy to process in any installation and environment.CCA wire can be used as inner conductor of CATV signal transmission cables and large capacity communication net works signal transmission cables instead of copper wire. The CCA wire can be divided two tempers against the actual requirement: Hard drawn and Annealed.
