We are importers of electronic equipment for mobile use on boats and vehicles.
We have our own repair service to give technical support to our dealers.
Our interest at present are video components for boats and cars: Flat screen TV sets, DVD players.
Disvent Ingenieros S. A. Is a Spanish corporation. It was incorporated in 1.985 in Barcelona. The Company is located in the center of Barcelona, easy to reach, occupying 800 square meters for offices, warehouse and technical premises and its headquarters are the following:

The Company has two independent sales departments: Marine/Mobile products and Digital Image Managent products. Within the Marine/Mobile products department, Disvent is distributing electronic and electrical equipment all over the Spanish market, through independent dealers. Disvent is acting as the Agent(exclusiveimporter) of several leading manufacturers like Cetrek, Navionics, KVH, Humminbird, Teleflex, Fischer Panda and others. We are specialist in mobile satellite TV and communications.
In the Digital Image Management products, we act as the distributors of some well known manufacturers like UMAX, AVISION and others.
Disvent makes the marketing(advertisingpress releases, mailings etc. ) plus sales visits to key customers. We usually have an arrangement with our suppliers for a financial cooperation in the marketing activities.
The staff of the company is 14 persons, including sales, administration and technical personnel.
Regarding technical issues, we have our own technical laboratory where we repair by ourselves some products, we support our dealers when they repair a product and we coordinate service assistances to customers all over Spain.
Our estimated turnover for 2.002 is around 3,6 million Euro and we expect a 20% increase for the next year.
